When does my first order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00pm CST on a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day UNLESS you have selected a custom ship date. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST may not be shipped until the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

Is the jerky made by Craft Jerky Co?

No, we do not make or produce any jerky. We only curate jerky from professional jerky makers. Each choice is an expert curation of jerky from real small-batch artisan jerky producers across America. We sample, taste-test jerky, then carefully select products to feature in our box.

How do I login to my account?

If you placed your order before December 15th, 2020, please use this link to login. Orders placed after December 15th, 2020, can log in here. If you did not create an account after purchasing, simply click Forgot Password and enter the email address you used to place your order, and we will send a password reset email to that address.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, we will send you an email with tracking information. Or you can also find tracking information by logging into your account.

How do I add a gift note?

When checking out, you will have the option to select a gift note. We will print this on a card for the recipient as well as email them letting them know who sent the gift.

When will the gift note be sent?

We send gift notes on the same day you select for shipping.

Will the packing slip / invoice show how much I paid?

The packing slip will not show the price you paid for the jerky. Your gift recipient will never see the amount you paid.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to USA and Canada.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and clicking on Cancel Subscription.

How do I change my address?

Log in through your Craft Jerky Co account. Click on View Addresses under Account Details, and enter your new information.
